"I had a good experience setting up insurance with Vanessa initially. However, two months into my auto and renters policies, I received a document in the mail from StateFarm stating that an additional $200 would be added to my next bill, with no explanation. I cancelled my policy before the billing cycle began, yet I was still charged the full amount. I’m now having to work with my credit card company’s anti-fraud department to obtain a refund as StateFarm has refused to do so. Unfortunately, this broker did not assist in resolving the issue, instead saying it was a matter for the billing department. My concern is that the policy quoted to me was later altered by the underwriter, but the broker took no responsibility for this change ( when it was quite likely that the quote was constructed inaccurately). Would not recommend to say the least."
