"Where should I start. I was hesitant with calling State Farm for a quote due to an open claim, which wasn't my fault. But then Ms. Payton answered the phone, and when say heaven sent I'm not over exaggerating. She was outstanding. Her customer service exceeded my expectations. This young lady was patient, understanding, and caring. On top of all of that , she was able to give me the best quote I had heard in the last two days. Music to my ears. "The staff at this agency are incompetent , unprofessional, and lack accountability. Ms. Roberts makes excuses for all that her team lacks and Jessica is ill equipped with the skills needed to communicate with clients written and verbally . Daniel and Myles try communicate well with customers but don't follow up throughly when questions or concerns arise . I received a text message stating that my policy would be dropped when I called to find out why the staff took days to determine why and what was needed . After they figured out what was needed it took days for the team to figure out how to provide the form to me. Jessica sent me a document to sign that would not open . Ms. Roberts allowed me to come to the office to attempt to sign the form knowing they were unable to open it too . Eventually ,Myles, who is very friendly, came to my job to have me sign it. The team refused to provide a scanned copy of the document and a note on their letterhead stating all the requirements had been met. Do not give your hard earned money to an agency that prioritizes 2hr lunch breaks over ensuring client's needs are met ."
